The enchanting world of ballet inspired Olga Malinovskaya. A top graduate of the Moscow State Academy of Choreography, she danced lead roles in prestigious theatres worldwide, including the Bolshoi, La Scala, and the Boston Opera House. Her notable roles include Odette-Odile (Swan Lake), Kitri (Don Quixote), Juliet (Romeo and Juliet), Masha/Clara (The Nutcracker), Sylphide (La Sylphide), and parts in modern ballets by Nacho Duato, Mauro Bigonzetti, George Balanchine, and others.

During her ballet career, Olga drew and painted the ballet backstage world, collaborating with interior designers, completing commissions, and participating in art exhibitions in the countries she performed in. Over time, painting became her primary focus, with collections like SHOW TIME, which portrays the dancers' universe, and NAKED SOULS, which explores women's being through allegorical figures.

Olga's unique style involves using 24-carat gold leaves, a delicate material requiring immense precision. This demanding technique produces works that capture the essence of imperial theatres, baroque elegance,and react beautifully to lighting changes.

Since 2022, Olga has been running her atelier/gallery “Where The Magic Happens.” — a little pearl in the picturesque Eze Village on Côte d’Azur, where you can buy unique artworks or reproductions directly from the artist, literally created in front of you.
